RYAN LORENZ

Ryan Lorenz represents clients throughout Montana in construction law and general civil litigation. He has advised and represented property owners, general contractors and subcontractors in a wide range of transactions and disputes involving both residential and commercial projects.

Ryan grew up in Helena and earned a degree in Political Science from Carroll College before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, he served on the Montana Law Review and later became Executive Editor.

After graduating, Ryan clerked for Judge Ray Dayton in Anaconda before joining the Keller Law Firm in Helena. He joined E.J. Guza & Associates in 2018 and is now a partner at Guza | Lorenz | Carl, PLLC.

Ryan has represented clients in both bench and jury trials. He is admitted to practice before Montana state courts and the United States District Court for the District of Montana.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys golfing, backpacking, hiking, snowboarding, chasing elk and spending time with his wife and son.
